Contract and provider

The digital purchase is processed by Payhip. Under the Payhip end-user terms, the contract for the digital content is with Payhip Limited. Before ordering, Payhip shows the product, total price, taxes, payment method and applicable checkout terms. This page does not replace Payhip’s terms.

Product, delivery and use

Aries 1.0 is currently offered for macOS, with packages for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The paid Early Access offer includes a permanent Aries 1.0 licence for two concurrently active devices. The licence key and download are supplied electronically after a successful order. Further compatibility claims are made only when verified for the relevant build.

The creator grants rights in the published source code directly under AGPLv3; contrary general restrictions in a checkout licence do not narrow those open-source rights. The paid purchase covers signed builds, licensing/update infrastructure and the services described on the product page. Mandatory consumer conformity, remedy and update rights remain unaffected.

Prices and payment

The Aries 1.0 Early Access offer costs US$233 before applicable tax, presented as a €200 pre-tax reference for euro-region pricing. For buyers in Germany, the prominently displayed reference total including 19% VAT is €238. Payhip determines the applicable tax from the buyer’s country, displays the final total before payment and charges in USD; the buyer’s payment provider determines any converted amount. Payhip provides checkout and receipts. Max Lange handles refund requests as the seller contact through the Stripe or PayPal account used for payment; contact support@aries.sh.

Community, support and withdrawal

An eligible permanent licence includes personal access to the private Aries community and must not be shared. Support is available through support@aries.sh, without a guaranteed response time. See withdrawal information for statutory rights concerning digital content. We do not claim that withdrawal rights automatically end merely through purchase or download.
