Contract and period

Under Payhip’s end-user terms, the contract for the digital content is with Payhip Limited. Consumers generally have a fourteen-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. Payhip’s information supplied at purchase and applicable law govern the declaration, deadline and handling.

Digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may end early only if the statutory conditions are met, including express consent to begin performance before the period ends, acknowledgment that this causes the right to be lost and the required contract confirmation. This website does not treat purchase or download alone as automatic loss of the right.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous declaration to Payhip Limited, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, contact@payhip.com. Please send the same declaration to support@aries.sh. Payhip’s current buyer help directs refund requests to the seller, and Max Lange can disable the licence and process the refund through Stripe or PayPal. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient.

Electronic withdrawal function

Enter the information needed to identify the contract. “Confirm withdrawal” sends your declaration to Aries and Payhip Limited at the same time. You will immediately receive the content, date and time of receipt by email.
